eBridge Analytics can be layered on top of our Arc and webkey USB-based solutions, as well as optical media, such as CDs and DVDs, to provide highly detailed campaign analytics. eBridge provides tracking at a more granular level than services like Google Analytics. For example, with an eBridge Arc campaign, you can tell how many times users inserted the USB device into their computers and launched your application. You can also set up builds, Campaign IDs and other unique identifying factors in order to segment your audience and provide demographic reporting.
The beauty of eBridge lies in its customizability. A simple online portal lets you login to your eBridge account, where you’ll have access to real-time analytics dashboards and custom reports. With custom reports, you can track when, where and how targets are using your application. What time of day are people using your device? Which day of the week? Is a particular geographic region overrepresented? eBridge can tell you that. You can also build out user paths to determine how people are navigating your application.
